Mai originally trained in the corporate world as a Change Manager and IT Trainer and later studied psychology and clinical hypnotherapy. She is well known for her respectful client approach and intuitive nature. Mai thrives on new challenges and is passionate about keeping up to date with new ideas and trends so she can work with people to get the most out of life.

Some of Mai's qualifications include:
Bachelor of Arts; Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Australian Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Training has included:
Mai completed an Advanced Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy through Australia's leading training institute, the Australian Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy. Her teacher and mentor was Gordon Young, one of Australia's most highly regarded hypnotherapists. Gordon studied at the Milton Erickson Foundation in Arizona and is leading the way in modern hypnotherapy in Australia. He has been instrumental in providing world class training for Australian therapists, such as Dr Michael Yapko and Bill O'Hanlon.
